- An exchange will only be considered in the rare cases on defective or incorrect item
that has been delivered to the customer. We will strive to resolve such matters
promptly, depending on the specific circumstances. - There is no exchange policy based on the customer's preferences regarding the
outfit, as all the outfits are made for our valued customers. - In case of any exchange, the customer is required to inform our customer service
team within 48 hours and return the outfit to our given address within 5-7 days of
the delivery: otherwise, the request will not be catered. - An equal amount of voucher/discount code can also be offered.
- Outfit can be exchanged if the product received does not matches the ordered size.
- All mailing or shipping costs related to the exchange of a defective item will be the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
- We aim to process all the exchanges within 14 working days.
- We don’t offer refund in any case for both domestic and international customers.
- We only offer a voucher/discount code of the same amount.
